- Can sew or is willing to learn 

- Wanting to learn how to make custom boat tops, covers and redo boat seats

- Can follow instructions and is able to work well with others

- Ability to lift & carry 50+ lbs

- Highly organized, capable on time management, strong communication skills, able to prioritize jobs    efficiently

- Able to keep a clean/safe workstation

- Valid Driver's Licence

FRONT DESK  seasonal

- Valid drivers license

- Answering phones and problem solving on the spot

- Basic knowledge about boats

- Scheduling boat repairs, boat pick up and drop off, upholstery work, winterizing and more

- Ordering product such as fabric, parts, graphs and more

- Highly organized, capable in time management, strong communication skills, able to prioritize jobs        efficiently

YARD HAND full time/ part time

​

- Valid Driver’s Licence

- Valid Boating Licence

- Able to tow and deliver customers boats

- Clean and prep boats so their ready for the water or to be winterized (wash, scrub and vacuum boats)

MECHANICS ASSISTANT full time

​

- Willing to learn and train under a licensed Boat Mechanic

- Wanting to pursue a career as a licensed Boat Mechanic 

-  Highly organized, capable on time management, strong communication skills, able to prioritize jobs          efficiently

- Ability to lift & carry 50+ lbs

- Valid Drivers License

- Valid Boating License

- Able to tow a boat and deliver customers boats
